My story

Originally from Haiti and raised in Boston, Nadege now resides in Houston, Texas, where she combines her professional expertise with her spiritual calling. She holds a bachelor’s degree in applied behavioral science and psychology, a master’s in management and leadership, and a certificate in HR management. She currently serves as Director of Human Resources at a large church, where she champions diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Nadege’s heart is for women—especially those who’ve experienced loss, trauma, or disconnection. Through her ministry, writing, and mentorship, she creates space for women to reclaim their identity, restore their faith, and rediscover the power of God’s love.

She also serves in leadership roles across nonprofit organizations, helping communities grow through education, mentorship, and faith-based empowerment. Whether teaching, leading, or simply listening, Nadege remains rooted in her mission: to uplift, equip, and walk alongside women as they become whole in Christ.

She is a wife and mother who enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with family!
